Like their counterparts on the Mainland, after passing the National Legal Professional Qualification Examination, they overcame difficulties arising from language and cultural differences between the two regions, endured the hardships of shuttling between Hong Kong and the Mainland, handled 10-20 litigation or non-litigation cases at Chenggong Joint Practice Firm, and completed all internship requirements as specified. They have finally received their "Lawyers' Practice Certificates of the People's Republic of China."
